Q: How can I tell if there's inventory on the item I'm interested in?
A: On the first screen in which the item appears, in the column next to the item's Model No. you will either see In Stock
or an estimated delivery date (ie: 2 to 3 weeks delivery). Or on the item page with all the product information you will see Availability
at the top of the page with the Model No and Description.
Q: What are my transport or customs charges?
A: At the bottom of every web page you can click on the tab called Shipping Charges. This will bring you to a page with maps of the
United States and Canada. Each map is divided into sections and as you point your mouse to the destination of your choice your shipping charge appears.
All prices include Shipping, Duty and Brokerage. If you are placing an International order, we will add current UPS rates to your order.
Q: How do I know if I am getting a special price if I buy more that one item?
A: On some items we do offer volume pricing discounts.
On the item detail page change your quantity from 1 to the quantity of your order and press Recalculate.
You can then see Your Price Each and Your Total Price.
Q: After I proceed to checkout I get 3 options. How do I know which to choose?
A: The first option Login is for returning customers that have already created an account.
The second option Register is for customers that will be returning to place additional orders with us.
The advantage of this option is that you can see your purchasing history and we can let you know as new products become available or upcoming specials.
Your account information will be stored for you therefore saving you time on future orders.
The third and last option Continue without Registering is for customers that simply want to place their order and put it on their credit card
without having to register for an account.
Q: I need an official invoice for my expense report. How can I get this?
A: When your order is sent to you, it has a printed copy of your invoice for your files. If you've misplaced this and require a copy,
simply send us an e-mail along with what you ordered and we will send you a pdf of your invoice.
Q: Where are your offices located?
A: We have 6 locations from which we operate. 2 in the United States and 4 in Canada. For more a complete list, click on the "Contact Us" tab below.
Q: What happens if I want to return part or all of my order?
A: You should be 100% satisfied with every product you select. If for any reason you are not, we will give you a choice of a full credit, equal exchange, or your money back. Simply return the item in new condition and you won't pay a re-stocking fee (on regular stock items).
